Landmark Group — centre point

On 8th July visited centre point sharurah branch im saudi arabia . After making purshases i requested to return a ladies bag which was bought about two days back then MR Imran standing with cashier strated to aurgue with my wife that bag is used. I told him how can we use it in two days and its still with all packing material inside but he started to misbehave and continue to malign my family that we are telking a lie causing me and my family lots of embarrassment in front of other coustomers. After that i approched MR Zia the manager there and told him i want to make a written complaint. INSTEAD OF HELPING HE STARTED TO QUESTIONING ME THAT I HAVE TO GIVE HIM SOLID REASON FOR COMPLAINT OR I CANNOT COMPLAIN. I told him I am your coutomer and coustomer has every right to complain. Then i was taken to his office and given paper but still he continue to argue and try to even threaten me that he can make complaint against me. After my stren insist he took my written complaint. I am really surprised to see such a misbehaviour of employees in such an esteemed organisation of centrepoint. I am deeply ambaressed and metally tourtured by this. I keep my right to approach consumer court of law for this maltreatment and mental tourture due to this insult if appropriate action is not taken against my complaint.

I am loyal coustomer of centre poimt and expect this organisation to look after into this matter. Thanking in anticipation
