When i receive the policy document more than a month late that too after follow-up, it was with the wrong registration no. Instead of taking ownership, i am asked to share the rc once again. Isn't the car details with registration no., engine no. And chasis no. Etc. Already there so, why insisting to customer for the mistake of the insurance company. It is 3rd month that i am without the insurance copy.
This is a case of delaying and non-accountability. When the renewal is done, this means that the car details are already existing with the insurance company and in this case the proposal was sent from landmark insurance.
