Dec 2017 I bought Liberty Videocon car Insurance policy via one of their agents(Landmark insurance Brokers). As part of the sign-up deal, Landmark promised me a refund of 850(700 cashback bonus + 150(paid extra)) which is yet to be done. Despite my numerous follow-ups via email and umpteen calls most of which were not answered, I'm yet to get my refund amount.
