Landmark Online India / — Item not delivered as per order


I ordered the product from website, but at time of delivery company send me wrong product, I complaint the customer care to replace it with ordered product.
Firstly they agree to replace it, and they ordered the reverse pickup of the product. When I return the product, they told that they will not replace it, they can refund the amount in the form of voucher after deducting the amount which I paid through gift voucher at time of ordering product and they will also deduct delivery charges.
I told them Why should I bear such amount, its not my fault, your company delivered wrong product, they simply told they will not pay complete amount, its not under their policy.
It show clear act of befooling people by sending them wrong orders and block their money.
I want strict action against the company
