My pick up of 2 products with order id [protected] and [protected] were done on 3rd of july but till now, one week has passed but they haven’t refunded my money. they r always making excuses and when i tell them of complaining, they just turn a deaf ear to my words. in my pick up receipts, the order id are 11589500 and11589499. i m enclosing a photo of the two pick up receipts. plz help me
