[Resolved] Landmark Online India / Landmarkshops.in — No refund after 7days | |
PFA of the screenshot of the confirmation mail which I have received regarding the order. On the same day of ordering- a guy called me and told me that my order has been cancelled due to some technical issues, that is why he is informing me about the cancelation. And the amount of 3047 INR for 3 products which will be refunded within 7 days. Now its been 7 days and no refund has been initiated . No email about the cancelation is received yet. The number of the guy who called me is [protected] . PFA of the phone call from the guy. Is this some kind of fraud ? Because the home centre website gives me warning signs from quick heal that this is a harmful website. And when I called home centre customer care they are not aware of any order placed from my account. I can give all the screenshots from my end. I have ordered cookware from the home centre website and on the same day my order got cancelled without my knowledge. After calling the person who called me to inform about my cancelation, he send me another mail from home centre that states the refund will be initiated within 7days. Kindly check the screenshot attached. Please look into the matter immediately and process my refund as soon as possible. This is unimaginable. Was this information helpful? | |
