Landmark Online India / Landmarkshops.in — refund pending since from last 7 months

I have purchased online 2 kurtas through www.lifestylestores.in (order no. [protected] dated 6 May 2018). I have returned these product for which acknowledgement No. appearing on acknowledgement copy of receipt of return of product which is 11235045. I have raised the matter of refund since from 7 months. Everytime I am getting response that matter is escalated and will get back to you. As on date still I have not received refund. Request you to look into matter.
