[Resolved]  GNG Electronics Pvt Ltd — Wrong Product

I have placed online prepaid order for dell latitude 10 tablet with digitizer pen sensitive screen. I went to official site of dell India, they online directed me to compuindia.com for purchase of item.When I received the item it was a different and cheaper product dell latitude 10 ESSENTIAL with digitizer pen sensitive screen.I contacted dell India, they replied to contact compuindia.com Compuindia didn't pick phone and didn't replied to mails.I returned the product through Bluedart to compuindia Bangluru.Today I called dell India, they dropped my calls after putting for hold by representative. When I searched the awb no of returned product, the dell India and compuindia are dramatizing by not receiving returned product from Bluedart courier. Please help me in refund of my prepaid amount and return courier charges. I have enough of evidence of my order with call records with dell and compuindia representative for order of a higher moder digitizer pen sensitive tablet.My order no is[protected].
