Dear Sir, My younger brother taken Mahindra Tractor through L&T finance (details attached herewith for your ready reference). In may, 2014 I have given a cheque no. 3 worth INR 35, 000/- for clearing. and second cheque given on request (bearing cheque no. 5) worth INR 30, 000/- on before 15th August, 2014. On 19th Sep, 2014; I have got call from NRE Banking customer relationship manager regarding this issue. I request you to kindly clarify & take strictly action with proper investigation from your end that why my cheque not placed within one week for clearing and I feel very disappointing in this matter. again I request you to kindly stop next time to put my cheque in bank for withdraw. I have called many times to reach collection executive Mr Sashikanta Nayak having +91-[protected] & +91-[protected] (someone received call & replied that he is working in L&T but I will inform to Mr. Sashikanta for arrange to call back) and wrote email to their Grievance cell for action but they have not responded till yet.
