Larsen & Toubro Infotech [L&t] — Exit date is not marked in EPFO site

I am an ex-employee of L&T Infotech(LTI).
Madhuri Sandbhor (DOJ: 19/02/2013, DOE: 29/02/2016)

In EPFO site, date of exit is not available, attaching screenshot for your reference.
I tried to mark, but its not allowed, it needs to be done from your end(LTI).
I request you to please update the exit date.
