    I bought a double metal grid bluetooth speakers from latestone.com online.My order was confirmed on[protected].I received the product on[protected].The piece was defective as it could not connect to laptop through bluetooth.I returned the product on the same day through courier DTDC services.I have kept the receipt issued by the courier dated[protected].My product was confirmed to be received by the Paired Online Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

    My purchase money of the product has not yet been returned to my account even though i have given my account number and order ID - SO805360 and IFSC code to latestone.com associate.

    It has been more than 6 months since i placed the order but my money is not returned yet although couple of associates of latestone.com have been saying that the cheque of refund has bounced.I called on the customer care number [protected] today but it got disconnected without being answered.

    I solemnly feel that the service provided by latestone.com is unsatisfactory.

    I received the earphone just 30 minutes before...!! When i opened the packet, then found that this earphone is damaged and its sound quality is very bad...!! The sound quality was so poor that u cant use it for 2 minutes... Packing was very awkward..!! Simply covered by the polythene..! Not a brand & made in china.. I want my money back...!! :- (

      I have ordered ml23u digital display portable bluetooth mini speaker black, received damaged product today morning. Its seems latestone company packed a damaged product to deliver. It was bande with the rubber bands at both the sides. It was my first purchase in this website, that was worst.

      Please register my complain on company latestone online shopping.
      Take it serious our complains, and take action as soon as possible, please avoid these kind of poor services.

        I have order d product on 15.04.2016 via order no - SO1781893 and receive d product on 21.04.16 after payment of Rs. 799/- and further I marked return d product on 24.04.16 due to unsatisfactory result of product. Product has been picked up by company on 27.04.2016 and refund is still yet to come. Company has also not asked even d bank details so that refund can be backed. Purchase via Cod. Product order no is - SO1781893
        Company customer care phone number is also said wrong no. If company will not asked d bank details how refund will executed. On most of online shopping bank details is asked on d time of return marking but here it was not provided.

          I had ordered a powerbank from latestone of ptron 16800mAh order no. SO1282604 and after receiving the product i also mailed ptron with the photo of the used powerbank but i didnt get any replacement for this
          I had an emergency to outstation for which i couldnt do any more complaints the power has some warranty or not i dont knoe it dont have any such details about it.
          Now i want my powerbank to be returned and get back my refund
          Or else i have to file a case in consumer forum for fraudulent practices in online shopping by both ptron as well as latestone

                      I booked a white head set from latest one on 14/04/2016. But those head set was not good...Due that i refused and i asked refund money back... They said on 15/04/2016..."you should get your refundable money" with in[protected].

                        I have ordered head phones on 6th march, 2016. But didn't receive my order till now. I have been mailing at www.latestone.com. They have replied saying 'sorry for inconvience caused. Will receive your order'. I have mailed them 4 to 5 times but found the same response. In mail they have mentioned the tracking link of the item, if i track using the link to my shock i saw that the item has been dispatched from the supplier and returned from my side and it reached to the supplier. I have already paid the amount.

                        When i login to the website and see, there were no items ordered by me in the list. On calling to +[protected] there was no response

                              I had ordered "high quality metal piston headphones purple" from latestone on 18th january, 2016 for which i paid rs. 348.

                              Very recently i started using it and within a week's time the headphones are not working. I tried writing to latestone but their response is highly unprofessional and unethical. They said to me that "as per latestone.com t&c, return/replacement of the product's will be applicable only before 3 days from the date of delivery time."

                              Now i would like to know if a customer is aware that the product is faulty then why would one order things from them or even ask for replacement even before the delivery of the product.

                              These people are cheating customers by providing wrong products and then refusing to pay back or replace the product.

                              I want refund / replacement of this faulty headphones asap.

                                        I had purchased ptron ezcast android tv device from (Latestone )palred online technologies pvt. Ltd., through their ecommerce portal and the device was delivered on-time, but it was not working as per specification so i had requested refund and raised the return pickup and device was picked by their return pickup team by 29th march, 2016 with tracking id[protected].                                         It just had latest one plastic cover but from inside the box was open and not sealed.

                                        I had received a faulty smart watch, I returned the product to Latest one with the return tracking number along with the relevant bank details. Its been over a month I have not received my refund. My ticket no with Latest one is 617627
