I bought bluetooth earphones for my iphone but those are not suitable for my phone and voice also not clarity. So please kindly refund my amount by returning earphones back. I would like to buy a new suiatable earphones for my iphone.

Hi,
I bought new bluetooth headset its not working properly. it create higher heat when i put charger, but its not charged and also the voice clarity is ridiculous . I need proper explanation or i need refund. ASAP do me favour.
