Actually wat happened is, my hubby ordered a xmate aura bluetooth headset speaker, but it was comfirtly fixing in d ear. It is not properly settled after keeping in d ear. So we would like to return date product, if it don't fix properly how can we maintain a wireless bluetooth even for a short period. It is not charging and powered on. When it connects to plug then only it is Power on. When it removed from plug then it power off .Then I can't be power on. What can I do now. It is defective product found. It doesn't power on at the first time. When it connects to plug then it power on only.
