Ref to my order no lo8311175 dazon multi functional usb rechargeable cigarette lighter with cigarette holder pack (Black) received by me on 05 mar 2018 is not in the working condition ie.. Unable to re-charge therefore, i made a complaint regarding the same and requested for reverse pick up on 06 mar 2018 vide your suport ticket no #404363. Yesterday received a message in my registered mobile from www.delhivery.com stating that will pick the product by the end of today (09/03/18) myself awaited in my office till 2200 hrs but no call/personnel contacted me. Right from today morning am trying to keep in touch with the given telephone number [protected] & regretfully submitted that the call is in hold for more than 30 minutes twice and not responding my call. I will be in my office from monday. Pls pick up the product and refund the amount to my account which is already submitted. This for your info and an early action is expected please...
