[Resolved] Latestone.com — Money not returned | |||||
I bought a double metal grid bluetooth speakers from latestone.com online.My order was confirmed on[protected].I received the product on[protected].The piece was defective as it could not connect to laptop through bluetooth.I returned the product on the same day through courier DTDC services.I have kept the receipt issued by the courier dated[protected].My product was confirmed to be received by the Paired Online Technologies Pvt. Ltd. My purchase money of the product has not yet been returned to my account even though i have given my account number and order ID - SO805360 and IFSC code to latestone.com associate. It has been more than 6 months since i placed the order but my money is not returned yet although couple of associates of latestone.com have been saying that the cheque of refund has bounced.I called on the customer care number [protected] today but it got disconnected without being answered. I solemnly feel that the service provided by latestone.com is unsatisfactory. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi I had ordered for an Apple iPhone 4/4s back hard cover while receiving the parcel I had heard some sound I had ignored it first but wen I opened the parcel hadn't even removed the wrap properly I saw dat the back cover side was broken it's requested to send in a new one or refund the same ASAP I am not able to take pic of the same

I received the earphone just 30 minutes before...!! When i opened the packet, then found that this earphone is damaged and its sound quality is very bad...!! The sound quality was so poor that u cant use it for 2 minutes... Packing was very awkward..!! Simply covered by the polythene..! Not a brand & made in china.. I want my money back...!! :- (
