Order id. Lo6010368, date of order 8/17/2017. The watch that was delivered on 19/8/2017 was damaged. I had ordered for a wrist watch. After the delivery, when i opened the packet, the watch was damaged. The glass of the wrist watch had come out. In spite of calling the customer care there was no respond from their end. It seemed as the company to be a fraud one. Do refund the money or replace the damaged item. Was this information helpful? | |||
