Bought your phone z60 model 26 March in Tamil Nadu. after 11 days I complaint that my phone take 4 hours to charging and brightness power automatically increasing. The customer care worker told that hand set should change, but manager told that it is a normal time and power can't change . I mentally torture by getting yr damage phone. I can't get sleep last 10 days. I feel that this is irritating company. I have yr customer care record in my phone
