Lava Mobiles — complaining about contacts

I am using lava x50 plus mobile.. Since 2 yrs some time it shows the contact names and some time it doesn't show the contact name when we open contacts app it shows the contact list being updated it takes more time to recover... It is my long days problem pls give me the solution and it doesn't shows the any contacts on devices in phone sim card or email id contacts it takes 2 or 3 days for showing the contacts pls help me and tell me how to solve this problem it is my long days problem

My mobile screen glass is damage and my phone is 8 month old and 2 year warranty please re-place and check my phone.
So my phone damage in warranty periods and free of cost solve my problem...

Sir, I bought a phone in lava whose date is 05/07/2018 There is some problem Mice receiver and charging in it I showed up at the Jagat Farm Service Center Greater noida but they refused to correct.

When I am watching any video from gallery, video is not working properly. Video is hanging but, when i do other work my mobile is not hanging.
