Lava Mobiles — Lava flair z1 i am complaining about the battery and lagging

My lava flair z1 suddenly stop charging and from last 6 months my phone is laging and runing slow .sometime it stop between booting so please replace my handset with new another handset as fast as possible. But do not provide me the same handset because its update dose not come.provide me the handset with latest update please do anything as fast as possible
