Dear sir, i bought mi mobile rs.8000 from bhalla mobile repair vill. Soban majra, teh. Nalagarh, distt. Solan, (H. P), at 27 march 2018. But that phone was not charging. Next day, i returned this phone of bhalla mobile repair. Shopkeeper returned that phone company. But the phone didn't come for 2 months. After 2 months shopkeeper gave us the new mobile of lava. But that phone also got worse after 4 months. Then 20 days later shopkeeper returned us to the mobile. But that phone got spoiled 2 months later. When we went to the seller that our phone got damaged again. Seller said that this phone will be in the company again. But when we ask for money back. So they mistreated with me. Nov 28, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Dear, sir we have not received any response from the company. We have bought from the phone company dealer.Whose address i have attached to my mobile bill. We did not received any email from the company and no phone was received.Today it's been a month that the complaint has been register.No reply came.A reply came from you too that Lava mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.But no action has been taken so far.
