[Resolved] Lays — unprofessional behavior of salesman and so | |||||
We have a super market in miyapur, hyderabad, telangana. The service provided by salesman/so is very poor. Issues: The salesman places products in which we are not interested in/which doesn't have demand in our area. He assured of replacement with other products if not sold. After 3-4 months now when i asked to replace as they are not sold, he is saying that it involves a long process and it has no expected date as such and i should wait for ever. After repeated reminders and arguments for a few months, he agreed to replace 3 weeks back but in real it didn't happened till date. Reasons were 1. Order got canceled. 2. Sent double to the amount of order placed. Etc he is still prolonging the issue. To escalate the same issue i called area so and he was worst. Without listening/letting me complete my concerns he was ignoring my call as this is a very small issue. When i asked him to share his superior contact number to escalate the issue with him., he said he doesn't have superior and didn't share the contact number. Another issue is when i returned lays rack back to the salesman, i asked him to return agreement document. Both salesman and so said, as per our company policy we will not return agreement document. I don't think this is true. During this process their way of communication and behavior is unacceptable. I request to take necessary action at the earliest and please update us.
