LazyPay — amount debited but lazypay claims they have not received

On 16th and 18th august, i made 2 payments of rs. 231 each to lazypay. The transactions failed from their end but my money got debited. I inquired from bank but was told that the payments were successful. Till date lazypay has not been able to resolve it. They have stopped replying to mails, they don't have a customer care number and their executives keep calling and harassing me to make payment with late payment fee. I have also mailed them the bank transaction numbers but they have not bothered to resolve it.
