LazyPay — constant payment reminders and increase in fee charges in spite of issue being under inspection | |||
A fraudulent transaction on redbus was made on the 4th of may, 2018. The payment was made through lazypay. On receiving a notification on my mobile i called lazypay and redbus to look into the matter. Redbus backed out saying it was not there business. And lazypay has no complaint mechanism. Inspite of repeated mails they ahve not yet got back to me. The decent thing to do would be to atleast contact the customer and help solve the issue. Or atleast stop the late fee charges till the issue is solved. But no, the constant incessant mails and calls for the payment and none for solving the issue, shows what a scam payu is running. There is no place to raise a chargeback and there is no way to get respite from these cheaters. Lazypay is a huge mistake and should not be used by anyone even by mistake.
