Le Eco — mobile phone not given back when was given for repair in warranty period

I have purchased Le eco phone last year and withing 6 months it got multiple issues
have given phone for repair for which i have received recepit and asked to conatct after 1 month
When contacted they have asked to wait for some more time and now its almost 6 month have not received any feedback and phone is still with them

Purchase ammount of phone was 12000/- and this is really not acceptable
I would like to have refund ammount as applicable on the cost of the Mobile device
