Le Eco — Poor customer service and Faulty products | |||||
Dear Team, I purchased LE ECO max in first day of its launch from flipkart 16/2/2016. And I am very dissatisfied, after 7 month I started facing rear camera focus problem and there after I immediately given it for repair at Tecbiz, Vashi, Navi Mumbai service center. My job no is[protected]. How a process can takes 2.5 months for just repairing. I am not getting the proper response from the customer care or service center. Please help me out here and take a proper action against this company. Its been 2.5 months and I have not received my product back and still it shows under repairing process. This is a height of irresponsibleness by the LE ECO. This shows how bad a company can be and how much they can frustrate an early customer. Really a bad decision from my part. LE Eco is highly unprofessional and unethical on their part. I want a resolution to this problem. Flipkart should immediately stop selling this product.
