Leebaz — Payment made for order online but not got any confirmation

I had made a purchase of electric geyser from leebaz.in made a payment of Rs.199 through PayU.in but didn't get any Confirmation from the site and I also tried to contact number([protected]) but numbers were switched off.
Pls take necessary actions against them and try to get back my hard earned money.
