Lenovo — 16GB RAM high usage and keyboard some keys won't work | |||
Hi, I am still facing the same 16GB RAM high usage and keyboard some keys won't work and screen bleed issue whenever I call premium care to report and every time they take laptop remote access and make several changes in 30-45 mins but no one resolved the issue. I'm really pissed off and now I doubt that I received refurbished for sure, from the past 5 days contacting on the same no update.
