The Product is under Premium Care Warrant and the Display needs a replacement but I raised an service request and requested for call back but the customer care person said he will transfer the call to premium care and the call gets disconnected each time (Many times). I even tried calling Lenovo Premium Care but one number does not exist and no one is answering in the other number provided by the lenovo support team. Was this information helpful? | |||
