Lenovo — All in one Desktop PC not getting booted

Address:11/3, Lakshmi Narasingapuram, Palayamkottai 627002.

All in one Desktop PC core i3, 8th generation computer was purchased in December 2019 at Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli lenova dealer shop. PC Sl. No. MP1FZ9QN. Now the computer is not getting booted.
One taking the PC to service center they denied to take and asked to launch the complaint online.

Kindly provide the solution
