Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very disappointed to inform you that I am facing an issue ( Camera not working) since fortnight with my new Lenevo Laptop i.e. S/No. MP1T5JRD.I bought this product in February 2021 and issue began within four month.
I have already registered the complaint many times and the latest Case ID: [protected]. But the issue has not been solved till now. Even though I had requested your customer care executive to send the parts once together like camera, cable and related to this issue, they always used to send the single part at a time. As we are aware the pandemic situation is going on and I am staying with my older parents and kids. So I am not going to allow them anymore.
I have already lost many meetings, also I lost my interview for FMS yesterday ( 09.06.2021).Now it's going to waste one year and no one can not return this one year's time.
Kindly replace my product because the issue is not resolved after visiting your engineer many times. So please replace my product and previous mails are attached with their case no. I hope you can understand my issue and for the future there will not be any loss for me.
