I need a visit from an expert or a new computer. My computer only have 4 months and is giving problems in the display sceen and dont allow me to work.
I did call to costumer technical call center and they provide me a case number and program a call from an expert wich i never received. I reaalt need this computer for my new master semester. Please contact me as soon as possible, i live in puerto rico
