Lenovo — Defective Laptop AJ6

I purchased a laptop from Lenovo, which was defective with a chipped surface. I was sent a barrage of emails to share pictures of the defect, which I complied with. However, no action has been taken from the company's end till now. This is after subscribing to Premium Care. I haven't received any acknowledgment of the defect or my complaint despite constant emails. The customer care numbers are unreachable all the time.
I am left with no course of action. The laptop is worth 63000 rupees and despite the high cost, the service is horrendous and inadequate.
