[Resolved] Lenovo — Delay in delivery of product | |||
My complain ID is SOIN[protected]. I had received a call from Lenovo Care at Bhubaneswar near Bhawani Mall on 05.07.2017 that my ordered product has arrived and I need to receive the same. Though I came on 06.07.2017 at about 11.00 AM, they have not yet handed over me the product. Though I sat in the Lenovo Care, without giving me the product, they are wandering here & there and gone for lunch. It's really very poor service & unbecoming behavior of service personnel. I'm very dissatisfied with Lenovo service... Hence the service personnel may be warned to serve with care and behave properly, otherwise customer like me will loose their hope & faith on Lenovo in future.
