Lenovo — Delay in Repair of Lenovo Smartphone by service centre | |||
I submit my Lenovo K3 note phone bearing IMEI No [protected] for repair. They changed the motherboard of the phone. After receiving the phone i noticed that the back and home button are not working. When I contacted service center, they told me to come after 15 days as they have no spare. After 15 days they receive my phone for repair.It is going to be 01 month but the service center is not repairing my phone and every time they asked me to come on next Friday. pls help me to get my phone back in working condition as fast as possible.
