Hello There,
I received Laptop IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IAH7 Laptop - Type 82S9 on 27th August 2022. Since then i have registered complaint against this product, but there is no solution.
I have spoken to more than 4 Premium care technical specialist, but none of them are able to resolve the issues which i have raised.
The issues are as follows;
1. My processor is supposed to be Intel core i7 (E core upto 3.5Ghz and P core upto 4.7 Ghz) However, when I check in the system information, it doesnt show me this. It shows me "Intel core i7 Processor (2.3Ghz) ..Please explain this why?
2. Since i have started using this laptop (Last week Saturday), the Nvidia GEForce RTX graphic card is not detectable. I took help from your customer service more than four times but no one was able to help and provide me with the solution.
3. While purchasing it I was assured that the battery life will be good as it is mentioned up to 7 hours. However, the fully charged battery doesn't last more than 2.30 hours while taking online live classes. I feel cheated by your sales representative (Name : Saranya), as i asked her when i read a bad review about the battery life of this laptop. She told me " Ignore the review, it will have good battery life" these were the exact words.
Today I called twice to the premium care specialist and both the time, they were silent while i am on call and then disconnected. i have no choice but to write here. Was this information helpful? |
