Sir, Approaching frequently to service centre for a common fault is time consuming. Fault detection of Service centre is poor.

Sir, My Laptop Sl No QB05390640, Model Z580 and is under warranty period. Most of the time Youcam remains unserviceable. In recent past Camera replaced twice. On 28.11.2014 Laptop was deposited at Bhubaneswar Service centre and collected on 29.11.2014 after repair/replacement of Camera vide SO No. [protected]. On 01 Dec 14 I found camera light is flickering and intermittent glowing. Now camera is totally not working. I do not know what type of repair is undertaken by Supreme System Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Tel[protected]. Frequent approaching Service centre for same fault is not understood. Either the service provider not able to detecting the fault not taking interest. Mere without detecting fault replacing camera will not service Laptop. Please approach service centre for necessary action please.
