[Resolved] Lenovo — I am complaining about my lenovo k8 plus smartphone | |||
Hi, Recently i purchased lenovo k8 plus smartphone just one month back (3dec2017) from flipkart. And from starting i am facing phone reboot problem. I thought this might be a software issue, formatting will resolve it, but now problem becomes so critical phone is not booting, it's only restarting again and again without moving to homescreen. I visited lenovo service centre they told me that they will format it again using their own techniques and this will resolve the problem. They tried to resolve it but unfortunately there is some other issue, they 'll replace part in the phone, which will take 5 days. They don't have that part currently in stock. I want to resolve this issue asap, just only after 30 days phone got dead. Is this the quality lenovo is selling their products? Is this amount of time is sufficient to resolve customer issues? 5 days they are telling me after 5 days i know they 'll again provide me some other reason. I want to replace my phone as it's under warranty and this was faluty product which they sold me. Since starting i was facing this restarting issue in my phone. Please help me to resolve my problem.
