Additionally, Within a month of purchasing the tablet when using the Zoho application, I encountered browsing issues that seem to be related to software malfunctions rather than hardware problems.

However, I have not received any updates or responses regarding the status of the repairs. This lack of communication and delay in resolving the issues with my tablet have been extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
I request immediate attention to my case and a prompt resolution to the problems affecting my Lenovo tablet. I am seeking clarity on the repair process, a timeline for the resolution of the issues, and regular updates regarding the progress of the repairs. Since it has been a long time I have been waiting for the update, So I'm demanding that I don't want the product any more, so kindly request that you initiate my refund. Hence if you are not accepting my demand i have to file a consumer court case against you.So maximum 2 days of time you have to rectify this issue.
