Purchased lenovo ideapad gaming 3 i7 12th gen on 22 november and due to some issue raised complaint on 25th november Lenovo took almost 4 days to acknowledge that and sent an executive to seal the machine on 29th november. Their agent told me that in 7 days my refund will be done
They again delayed and issued me the DOA certificate after 11 days (on 12th december) after I followed up multiple times.
An executive from lenovo - Asif mentioned on 14th December that they have processed the return pickup and the same will be done in 4-5 days but till date no one has reached me or contacted me regarding reverse pickup
5 working days already been passed. And no one is replying to my emails now from lenovo team. Id we called to technical support they always tell that it's from customer team they don't know anything and for customer team they don't have any contact just email and they never reply on my email.
Lenovo is blocking my refund for their own profit by not initiating the return pickup, they did not share any tracking number for return pickup which clearly signifies they haven't initiated any reverse pickup yet.
Its been already 18 days now since when my laptop got sealed and 22 days since I complain and it's affecting my work. I also do not have any other laptop and even can't buy another one due to Lenovo holding my refund. Was this information helpful? |
