Lenovo — im complaining for not working my automatic update on my laptop

Sir i have recently brought a laptop and i am having issue which includes automatic update due to which some of pre installed apps are not working which includes pic editor so its my humble request from you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible so that i can work without any problem. As i am college students so its my request that u please solve this problem and if you are not able to that then please suggest me some alternative
