[Resolved] Lenovo — In service centre use phone for wrong purpose | |||||
Sir, I am use Lenovo Vibe p1m IMEI of [protected] From almost 9 months, in my phone some problems occured so I submit phone to service centre for one day but thy use my phone personally from last 15 days for wrong purpose, and phone screen scratched very badly, seen blue films also, I also attach screen shot . Now I want "sorry" from service centre and also new phone, If you don't contact me in 24 hours, then I will start consumer court process. I Was gave my lenovo handset for repairing on 10 Jan. 2017 to Lenovo Service Center, Jaipur. That time They Said Your Handset will be ready upto 5-7 days but now they are saying it will take 7 days more. I'm facing many problems without my phone.
So i have request to you sir/madam, plz kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible
