Lenovo — Inability to replace and service product in committed time period by service center | |||
I placed my lenovo k6 note for repair at cellphone repair store, indore (M. P) on 5th june 2017 where i was given a time period of 5-7 days after 7. After 7 days it has been increased to 10 days and thereafter your service center is not able to repair the product; and telling if i am in urgency i can take my phone back (This is clear violation of consumer rights). I am attaching service order for your reference, please resolve my phone problem in 48 hrs or i will be forced to reach consumer forum to find solution to problem which your product and service center cant do.
