I had purchased lenovo k8 note on june 29 2018 now my mobile getting switch off problem after the oreo update and its continuesly not getting use rhe mobile for 5 minutes it will get switched off. I had went to lenovo centre but my phone problem is not get solved till now and my mobile warrenty is upto next 6 months. So kindly take necessary steps to resolve the problem

Hello,

My Lenovo k8 note device is getting switch off automatically. I concern with service center, they said we will update software and they did. After that i am facing same issue. My device get switch off numerous times in a day.

Kindly share me screenshot if you have solution.

Same problem with me. I'm never ever buying any Lenovo products or any Chinese products.
