Lenovo — Laptop with manufacturing defect given

Hi, I purchased a lenovo laptop which has defect(Precisely Touchpad) from the starting only. Even after 10 months and in spite of multiple follow-ups with every possible channel(Mail/Phone/Person) I am not able to get a permanent solution. Please help.
