Lenovo — Laptop/wifi not connecting

Hello,

I have purchased a laptop of LENOVO G50 (intel core i3) company on 06/11/2015. In the starting it is working properly but soon after one week it started showing problem. It stopped connecting to internet (wi-fi ) connection.

I already send a mail regarding this problem at your customer care email id [protected]@lencare.co.in but nothing has happened and the problem is as it is.

This problem is effecting my work and i am suffering a lot because of this.

Following are the detail of my laptop.

Model: Lenovo G50-80.
S/N : PFOA969W
MTM : 80L0006CIN
MO : PF9XB5514032.
I am also attaching the pic of my Laptop Keyboard, hope this will help you in recognizing the exact model.
