Respected sir, my laptop not functional during password enter time some key on key board not work. Please check my technical issue immediately take action sir. Slno pf17nclc machine type model 80xh01xain. Laptop brought from amazon company delivered in my wife name maheswari date approximately 10 nov 2018 then warranty period from 10/11/2018 to 09/11/2019. I present in pathankot punjab state at india. Till date there is no engineering person not come. I check in your repairs status item arrived at service center but nobody engineer person don't call to me. Next i waiting for issue technical of problem. Please request immediately take action sir/madam. Next my laptop all software corrupted. Please update.
