I bought a Lenovo Ideacentre A340 Desktop 10 day ago from Amazon. The 3.5 mm jack on the desktop isn't working and when I contacted customer care, they don't even know about the product and they said they can't provide a resolution. This kind of pathetic service where the company doesn't know about its own product is a serious concern. I need a resolution or my money back for my product.
