My lenovo ideapad 310 is taking 5 hours to fully charged. I have complained this to lenovo support center. But they are not sending any official to address the issues and continue saying that your laptop's battery is good. I have purchased it on 27 july 2017 from local seller but he is also not responding to me. He keep saying call lenovo support and he will act only if support personal give him the letter of faulty piece and from other side lenovo is not sending any person from its company to my address. Also they keep saying that we can not do any thing regarding this issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
