Lenovo — Lenovo laptop poor service response

We had went to lenovo service center at ameerpet in hyderabad to get repair my laptop. It got broke as it is new laptop and the person swami said will contact in 2 days but still no response and i tried to contact them but making excuses. Please help us it has been 20 days.
