[Resolved] Lenovo — lenovo p2 oem unlock | |||
The company follows an annoying 14 days waiting period for the oem to be unlocked. However, i'm trying to unlock it from 1st may 2018. But it is showing the error 'lenovo id without permission', despite my id being a verified one. The unlock servers are down for almost a month. The customer service is very poor as they have no idea about it and can't provide any further assistance on the same. Bootloader needs to be unlocked for many fetures, since lenovo stopped updates for this device and no further updates are planned for this device. There are numerous many complaints regarding this issue on lenovo forums and no assistance has been provided till date. I'm fully aware of the fact that it'll void my warranty but i'd prefer a better phone to the buggy one which lenovo provides. I want them to understand that it's my phone and i have every right to change my phone's software. Was this information helpful? | |||
